Learning the specialties: GynOnc, GynGU, MFM, Endo . . .
This year is mostly clinic work and floor work. You are the junior resident in charge of management of the Gyn patients. This means that you coordinate care with your Senior resident when they are in the OR.
You have a great opportunity to work one-on-one with Drs. Gaddis, Castro, Davidson, Cestero, Arce and others. This is an ideal time to slow down and build strong working relationships with your attendings. Not only do you want to learn the trade, you want to earn their trust!
